The European Blue Card is for foreigners who can prove:

  • A certificate of higher education after three years of university study or with a minimum of 5 years professional experience.
  • An employment contract equal to or longer than 1 year
  • an annual salary of at least € 51,443
  • Using CERFA 13653 * 02
